Mary Janes for a newborn

About ten days ago I became a proud aunt of the sweet Ena. I haven't seen my little princess in person yet, because my sister decided to have her while we are still on vacation.

Upon the reception of the news I immediately made this cute Mary Janes. In the photos they look big while in fact they are as big as my forefinger. I wanted to add more flowers but I knew they would look ridiculous as such so I left just one flower.

They go beautifully with this gorgeous dress.

We had a shopping spree day in Thessaloniki and I bought several things for her (I just couldn't restrain myself)!

Baby leggings .. awhhh....
I am planning to sew and knit more clothes for her, but I want to make them for the upcoming autumn and winter. Babies grow so fast...do you remember moms?
