It does sounds much refined than just quilling, don't you agree?
These are some of the cards we made by an idea we saw on the Internet that gradually sprouted into craze over the teardrop shaped papers.
Kids loved this activity and quite enjoyed rolling the paper with their fingers. And the shaping was not so hard after a few failed attempts.
Quite by coincidence, as I was getting this post ready, I found
these quilling basic techniques on pinterest and simply had to share. Now, I want to try them all :)P
Sorry about the bad quality of pics. My android hates working at night.
Absolutely beautiful!!! I haven't tried quilling yet. I really love your poinsettias, just lovely.
ReplyDeleteWow! How pretty. I love it. That looks really hard to make. I would my glasses for sure!
ReplyDeleteI love this technique- found some amazing results on Etsy and Stumble, it's really enticing! Your cards are lovely and make me think I should really give it a try!

ReplyDeleteSo pretty! My Sri Lankan friend made me a card with quilled flowers. She has done big framed pieces too but I haven't seen them yet. A friend tried to make some Christmas ornaments last year with her 7 year old daughter. She enjoyed it but couldn't find the right papers for the project so it was a bit trickier than she thought. Wishing you and yours good health and much happiness in the new year, Tammy
