Morocco has been on our bucket list forever. Back in 2009 we celebrated our 10th anniversary in Tunisia. And then in 2011 we went to Tunisia again - it simply clung to our hearts. But we promised ourselves to go to Morocco when we get the chance, and I hinted to my hubs that it would be lovely if we could celebrate our 20th in Morocco. I truly hope we do.
So no wonder I am pinning and liking like crazy, images from Morocco that soothe my soul and tickle my fantasies. Here are some images that might tickle yours too.
Morocco isn't my cup of tea really. Oh, I do love the colours (I mean LOOOOVE), I do love seeing pictures, but I'll never go and visit... I do not feel very comfy nor at ease in a place I do not speak nor understand the laguage...
ReplyDeleteReally?...that's sad.... If that was the case with us, our travels would be so limited.
DeleteMorocco has such a rich culture and beautiful buildings and views!
ReplyDeleteOne can spend hours looking at the motifs and designs of all the plates on that first picture!
I totally understand your 'obsession' :-)
I'm not a traveller though but otherwise I would certainly pay it a visit!
We were in Turkey years ago and the thing I remember the most, was the market overthere with the colorful spice and fabric!
But I believe the food is better in Morocco (didn't like that in Turkey) ;-)
Hello Sigrid, my soul friend! That is true. It has a long and rich history and traditions that happpen to aflame our interests.
DeleteAs Turkey is concerned, we have been there on several occassions and we have tasted heavenly food.
