I made a small batch of minute crochet jewelry for my spring/summer collection and though working with crochet thread and small hooks is extremely straining, I love the looks of lace jewelry made with thread, so the effort put forth was worth the trouble.
I made these inspired by the Birds of Paradise flower (Strelizia) and there are several variations in both design and colors.
This set is made of a pair of earrings and a necklace. The crochet elements are glued on decorative trays, which I was reluctant to try at first, but it seems that has worked out beautifully as well.
You do such tedious work but all of your jewelry is so beautiful. You pick such pretty colored yarn and add in the beads. I like your creations.
