Granny Square Sachet

UPDATE: A similar version of this is here

Although simple in shape, the beauty of the granny square is that it generously offers a staggering multitude of projects just by adding rounds and rounds of it.
Here are some ideas I've dotted down.

Home decor: kitchen towels and potholders, mug rugs, coasters table runners, pillows/cushions, throws and blankets, valances and curtains, wall hangings.
Accessories: (pencil and other) cases, bags, sachets, scarves, warmers, headbands and even hats.
Clothes: Cardies, jumpers, sweaters, vests, dresses... do I need to go on? :) YES! Even jewelry - they are most suitable to make earrings and necklaces.

I made a rose-centered granny into a satchel. This one is great for storing small pieces of jewelry. Or maybe lavender. I haven't decided yet!

  1. So pretty. I used to crochet so many simple gift bags like this but haven't done so in so long that the pattern just flew right out of my head. :/ My memory is the pits. Take care.

  3. I totally enjoy serving new to me designers. Thank you for and being a part of Tamara's blog hop. I will be very honest as Braydon a this is. Forcing People.....ok I'll rephrase the point is to share a pattern as well a draw up your sight. But there's no pattern. Very disappointed. I see you have paid and free patterns. Yes as I said and I'm not alone we enjoy seeing and partaking in what's avail. But ... whether it's intentional or misunderstanding very disappointed here

    1. I re-read your comment twice, so as to comprehend what it is that you are disappointed with, and I still have no clue. What did you expect from this post? A free pattern? Does it say it contains a free pattern? No, it doesn't. Will there be a pattern for this. Yes. It is under construction. I find it quite daring when people that are not followers of my blog/ not known to me take liberties and share a piece of their mind on non-existing grounds. There are tons of blogs on the internet and I hope you find the one that would not disappoint you.
