Crocheted ornament

This ridiculously easy to make ornament is the new addition to our crocheted Christmas decorations. While making a nice finish by adding felt at the back I had an epiphany! It was a perfect brooch. And now {as you might have guessed} I am hooked! I can't wait to make some more!!

Ha Maya! Yes, I suppose to you this must be child's play, but hey, you are dealing with an absolutely misfit when it comes to crochet, lol! But that doesn't keep me away from trying though and at least enjoying all of your lovely creations!

The flower is beautiful (as usual!) but the base in double layer is a great idea! Did you make it by covering two solid rings with crochet? I like how the stitches create a "stripe" between the two layers.

@ Roby: Yes! I crocheted two loops in single crochet and joined them together!
