Beaded Susani Square

My exploration and play with the Susani inspired crochet squares continues.
For this square I employed surface crochet only and  embellished it with beads. Needless to say, I quite like the final result.

The only thing is that I have no idea how to use these squares and honestly I should have been more imaginative and make it larger so as to make it into a bag or a case. But, I'll think of something. It's a pity to leave it abandoned in my crochet treasuring box :)

If you missed my post with the first attempts at Susani inspired squares, here they are

They look so exotic with the beads embroidery. Maybe you could sew four of them in contrasting colours and make a bag. :-)

I thought of that too, but somehow I am not inclined of pursuing this idea further. That would mean lots of these tiny squares to be made and then the designs would have to complement each other, and that simply is too much hand and brain work :)

Uwielbiam takie eksperymenty, połączenie szydelka i koralików dało bardzo ciekawy efekt. Na pewno wymyslisz jak wykorzystać tą piękną pracę. Pozdrawiam z Polski.

I wonder what other pretties you have hiding in your crochet treasuring box.
