September

Well, September is here.
And to mark it, we have had a mild storm with drizzles here and there.  I don't know about you, but to be honest, I am still not ready for cold weather.

September is always associated with full and colorful farmer's markets and preparing winter supplies. We are going to make sure to have a lot of vegetables to preserve but since I do not have any pictures yet, I thought I might share these taken on our trip in Italy.

Fresh mushrooms, red peppers left to dry and garlic wreaths. Makes you want to put the pan on the stove...

Happy September!

Such beautiful shots these are Maya! Aren't the mushrooms amazing? Bet they're totally delicious, too ;-) So happy that we're having some lovely weather right now, after weeks and weeks of pouring rain the sun is a welcome diversion!
