Pom - Pom Sweater

Hi there! If you thought we were done with the pom-poms, you were wrong. Here we are with another thing we tried - a pom pom sweater.

This is a lovely woolen sweater Eva got from my sister and she wears it a lot. So when we brainstormed ideas of which one of her sweaters would be suitable for this project, we both agreed on this one.

We checked the internet for some ideas and we chose to make tiny poms to decorate the sweater. Below, you can find a motley selection that might be your inspiration.

This is certainly not a sweater- it is a cardigan - if my eyes serve me well -  and when Eva saw this she screamed. Not in horror as you might have presumed. I must agree it is unbelievably eye-catching, but would anyone actually wear it without looking ridiculous? Eva said she would so maybe I am getting old(er) :)

A bit subtle versions of the idea. This is what we used to make ours.

If you missed the other posts from the series, here they are:

Some more pom-pom projects coming soon!

That cardigan certainly has a wow factor, I wonder how much it weighs.

Love this! I was hoping for a colder winter this year so I could wear all the cute sweaters, but no such luck. I love the look, for teens and women. I wonder if you could do a split-tone Pom Pom, or if that would be too tacky? Hmm...

Do you mean you want me to show how a split tone pom was made? No problem.
