The starting point of many (if not all) of the necklaces I am getting ready for my new collection are the glass beads I have bought in several colors. Needless to mention, they became my weakness.
For this particular necklace I paired them with pearl beads. The color of the yarn along with the beads assemblage give the necklace an antiquated feel, delicate and soft.
The clutch is also made with the same yarn, but that is a story for another time.
Wishing you a lovely weekend ahead, I wave you goodbye!

You know I always llllove your beautiful creations, Maya. This romantic necklace in great antique pink is simply gorgeous. Kisses, my friend.
Thank you dear Julie and Mia! Appreciate your support!
The glass beads are a lovely colour and do evoke an antique feeling to your necklace. I would love to peek at your bead collection to see all that awaits for your clever imagination and hands. I can just imagine what jewels there are.
The lovely colour of the yarn and beads make the necklace look like it faded with time. Gorgeous!
So utterly pretty! I love your jewellery!
Your design is exquisite, Maya, and I love the colour that you chose! I really like how you incorporate the beautiful beads and pearls ... I need to learn how to do this. ^^
Well, it is a lovely, colorful bead world out there, residing in the glass jars on the shelves in my craft room Kim :)
I will use all of the glassies I bought recently and hopefully show them in a couple of weeks.
Thank you Alhana!
Thanx M!
That is so sweet of you Kate! To be honest, sometimes I don't like the design I've imagined, or the desing doesn't really work out and then I revert to playing with the beads. Most often, those plays are fruitful :)
So very pretty.
Beautiful and pretty ♥
