Spring lariat

My lovely model is on a three-day excursion hence the absence of modeled pictures.
This is one of my latest lariats for the Bloom collection. Will show more of it one day.

How lovely this would look on a plain t-shirt! Love the diversity in your crochet work Maya!

Very pretty! Have you found a lazy moment yet? I've been so busy at school that by the time I get home in the afternoon, I am just a blob. Another weekend has arrived. Hopefully I will get my mojo back for some crafting. :) Best wishes, Tammy

Love your work, as usual, Maya. It is always so elegant but i don't know about these models .. how dare they lead lives other than their blogging duties!!!
Glad you had a good Easter.

The lariat is gorgeous, your choice of colour is always perfect. A three day excursion - how much fun - but do you worry? :)

KJ: I do not. I also take my students on such excursions and know exactly what to expect; besides the Teachers that are Heads of Class have much greater responsibility (then Homeroom teachers) towards the class and perform the function of a tutor/ guardian and are concerned with the well being of every student in his/her care.
I also trust my daughter a lot and know that she wouldn't do anything stupid. At least not yet :) I wouldn't be so sure in a year or two.

Maya,

You do make some sweet pieces. I try to copy you, but I am not there yet. I should join a crochet club so I can get help. I am self taught.
