Gina - Crochet Motif Top

This is the Gina top.
Made having flower motifs as the central point, making the front expressive and playful and from the sides it continues to the back following a simple pattern to give stability to the rest of the piece and do not steal the emphasis from the front panel.
I envisioned the back a little bit different where the intertwining, closing ties would be more pronounced but Eva is so slim the back panels tied closed to each other, so this is another point I will have to consider when I make the pattern for this.

The top is already given, but I do plan to publish the pattern for this one. Sadly, my life does not let me work as planned, so I am afraid if I can make it at all until fall comes.

Once again you have created such a beautiful crochet halter top for your daughter. She looks stunning in it. She has such a nice collection of tops to wear for summer. Love that scooter. :)

Thank you Julie! This is not made for my daugher - it's part of my summer collection. The Vespa was used to add that vintage feel to the photoshoot :)

Making patterns for clothing is sooooo challenging. There are so many things one has to consider. Good luck with writing the pattern for this pretty top!

Thank you Marjan! I think I have everything down, but testing and sizing will take lots of time because I cannot dedicate myself completely to it considering all the other things I do .
