At last, my own blanket I made for the charity blanket project that we had.
My wish was to donate my owl crochet blanket, but due to work and other obligations, it was literally impossible to crochet it as it is quite demanding. Hence, I decided to use squares as I already had on hand and work with them.
What I did is join all 4 squares and then I just worked around them using the granny stripe stitch to grow it. Luckily, I found one of the owlets in my stash, which was a happy coincidence as it had the colors I used in the blanket, so I used it as an applique to liven it a bit.
The tote bag I had made was used to put the blanket in and make this a complete project.
